A newly installed bicycle stand is left empty in Vancouver. The rider obviously prefers the tried and tested parking meter.

Cool photo. Can’t blame the cyclist, common sense says the bicycle rack can be unscrewed from the pavement. In theory if the meter could be removed, it would have already occured.
